Notice of exercise of Special Redemption Call Option

Reference is made to the stock announcements made by Rederiaktiebolaget Eckerö
(the "Company") on 31 March 2023 and 14 April 2023 regarding the sale of the
vessel M/S Birka Stockholm and the Company's intention to exercise the special
redemption call option set out in the bond terms for Rederiaktiebolaget Eckerö
FRN senior secured EUR 62,000,000 bonds 2021/2026 with ISIN NO0011130148.

The sale of the ship was completed on 14 April 2023 and the Issuer today sent a
redemption notice to Nordic Trustee AS as Bond Trustee on behalf of the
bondholders under the above mentioned bond issue, pursuant to which the Company
will redeem parts of the outstanding bonds with an aggregate amount of EUR
10,000,000 at a price equal to 103 per cent. of the nominal amount with
settlement date on 15 May 2023.
