Closing of the sale of M/S Birka Stockholm

Rederiaktiebolaget Eckerö has completed the sales transaction of M/S Birka
Stockholm in accordance with the press release regarding the signed sales
agreement from March 27th 2023. The purchase price of approximately 38 million
EUR has been transferred to Rederiaktiebolaget Eckerö and the ownership of the
vessel has been transferred.
