MODEX AS - ISIN: NO0010932460 - FRN Senior Secured Bond Issue 2021/2026

Reference is made to announcement made by Modex AS (the "Issuer") on 10 March
2023 regarding the occurrence of a Put Option Event (all capitalised words as
defined in the bond terms of MODEX01 PRO (ISIN NO0010932460)). The exercise
period of the Put Option expired on 30 March 2023 and the Issuer has been
notified by the Paying Agent that Bondholders holding an aggregate nominal
amount of NOK 138,100,000 have exercised the Put Option. The Put Option
Repayment Date is 11 April 2023.

The Issuer will now make appropriate arrangements to settle the Put Option.
