New bond issue Bane NOR Eiendom AS

Bane NOR Eiendom AS has today successfully issued a new unsecured green bond
with a size of NOK 350 million and tenor of 5.5 years with a floating rate
coupon of 3 month Nibor + 1.55 % p.a.

Settlement date is set to 29 March 2023 and the bonds will be applied for
listing on Nordic ABM.

Nordea acted as sole Manager for the transaction.
