Fertiberia initiates a written procedure regarding amendments in bond terms and conditions

Fertiberia Corporate S.L.U. (the “Company” or “Fertiberia”) announces that the
Company today has initiated a written procedure (the “Written Procedure”) among
the holders of its outstanding bond loan 2020/2025 with ISIN NO0010912801 (the
“Bonds”) to request the holders’ consent to make certain amendments regarding
its credit facilities. The amendments have been discussed with a group of
bondholders representing a large percentage of the nominal amount and who have
expressed their support for the proposal.
The notice to the written procedure will be delivered to all bondholders through
the CSD and is also available on the Company's investor website
(https://www.grupofertiberia.com/en/investor-relations/)
The outcome of the Written Procedure will be announced by way of press release
in connection with the termination of the Written Procedure.
