Airthings ASA (“Airthings”) has been notified that primary insider Geir
Førre(Chair) on March 8, 2023, purchased 330,000 shares at an average price of
NOK3.0353 per share through Firda AS (100% Ownership). After the transaction,
Geir Førre holds 35,607,039 shares in Airthings through Firda AS.
