Komplett ASA: Jaan Ivar Semlitsch appointed CEO of Komplett

Oslo, 9 February 2023: Jaan Ivar Semlitsch has been appointed as the new CEO of
Komplett ASA. He takes over the role from Lars Olav Olaussen, who has led
Komplett since 2018. Semlitsch will assume the role on the 10th of February. At
the same time, Olaussen will take on an advisory role to the Board of Directors
and the company.

"Under Lars' leadership, Komplett has cemented its position as the leading e
-commerce company within electronics and IT products in the Nordic region. The
Group has been strengthened through both a stock exchange listing and
strategically important acquisitions and has completed a share issue and
refinancing. Lars has led this work, which has enabled Komplett to have an
industry-leading cost position and significant potential for profitable growth.

organisation and build on Komplett's strong market position in Norway and
Sweden. So, it is natural to bring in a new leader. Jaan Ivar Semlitsch is an

Jaan Ivar Semlitsch was previously the CEO of Orkla ASA from August 2019 to
April 2022. For the past year, he has run his own consulting business, Scilla
AS. Prior to joining Orkla, Semlitsch was the CEO of Elkjøp Nordic, where he
joined in 2013. During this period, he was also the managing director of Dixons
Carphone International, managing all operations outside the UK. Semlitsch also
has extensive experience in grocery and consumer goods as CEO of REMA Industrier
and from various companies in Scandinavia and the UK during his six years as a
consultant at McKinsey & Company.
