As a result of trading activity on 27/01/2023 , the holdings of Invesco Ltd.
(for and on behalf of funds managed by its affiliates) have reached/ crossed 5%
of the voting rights and/ or share capital in Smartcraft ASA.
Invesco Ltd. is a global investment firm, cf. the attached notification form.
Following the aggregation of Invesco holdings across the different time zones,
we are reporting prior to the opening of Oslo Børs on the second trading day
after the relevant trading activity, a change in holding, on behalf of Invesco
Ltd in Smartcraft ASA.
