Employee share purchase program

Oslo, Norway, 10 January 2023


Zalaris ASA has on 10 January completed the annual share purchase program for
employees. As part of the program, Zalaris has sold 44,798 own shares to
employees at an average subscription price of NOK 19.66 per share. The
subscription price was based on the volume-weighted average share price in the
period between 7 December to 20 December 2022, less 15% or 20% discount
(depending on the country of residence). To receive the discount the shares have
a 24 months lock-up period.
