OBOS Boligkreditt AS - New NOK Covered Bond Mandate

OBOS Boligkreditt AS has mandated DNB, Nordea and SEB to investigate the
possibility of launching a NOK 5.1 year FRN Covered Bond (Premium). Expected
size is NOK 4bn. The issuer, through the parent bank, may retain some of the
bonds. The transaction is expected to be launched in the near future, subject to
market conditions.
