NTS ASA – Delisting

Oslo Børs has decided to delist the shares of NTS ASA from trading on Oslo Børs
and has made the following resolution: “The shares of NTS ASA is delisted from
Oslo Børs as of 10 January 2023. The last day of listing will be on 9 January
2023.”
