Ferde AS has successfully issued a 3 year bond amounting to a total of NOK 1 500
million. The bond carries a coupon of 3m Nibor + 0.56 % p.a. The net proceeds
will be used for financing and refinancing of investments in the Ryfast project.
SEB acted as Sole Lead for the bond issue.

Related to the new bond issue, Ferde AS is buying back and writing down NOK 250
million in FERDE20 PRO
