Zaptec ASA: Approval and publication of prospectus and admission to trading on the Oslo Stock Exchange's main list

Stavanger, Norway – 20 December, 2022

Reference is made to the announcement by the Oslo Stock Exchange on 15 December
2022 regarding the approval of the transfer of listing of the shares in Zaptec
ASA ("Zaptec" or the "Company) from trading on Euronext Growth Oslo to the Oslo
Stock Exchange's main list.

The first day of trading of the Company’s shares on the Oslo Stock Exchange's
main list is expected to be on or about 22 December 2022. Consequently, the last
day of trading of the Company’s shares on Euronext Growth Oslo is expected to be
on 21 December 2022.

The Company has prepared a prospectus in connection with the listing of its
shares on the Oslo Stock Exchange's main list (the "Prospectus"). The Prospectus
was approved by the Norwegian Financial Supervisory Authority today, 20 December
2022, and is available at the Company's web page www.zaptec.com.
