Basic-Fit N.V. specializes in operating a chain of fitness clubs. Net sales break down by activity as follows:
  • fitness clubs operation (96.4%). At the end of 2024, the group had 4.2 million members in 1,575 clubs located in the Netherlands (241), France (858), Belgium (229), Spain (209), Germany (28) and Luxembourg (10);
  • other (3.6%): personal trainer services, sale of energy drinks and nutritional bars, etc.
Net sales are distributed geographically as follows: the Netherlands (22.5%), France (46.1%), Belgium (19.1%), Spain (10.5%), Luxembourg (1.4%) and Germany (0.4%).
