  • sale of lithography equipment (77%). The group also offers optical products and components for lithography;
  • services (23%).
Net sales are distributed geographically as follows: the Netherlands (0.1%), Europe/Middle East/Africa (4.7%), China (36.1%), South Korea (22.7%), the United States (15.9%), Taiwan (15.4%), Japan (4.1%) and Singapore (1%).
