Envipco appointed supplier to a national UK retailer

Amersfoort, 14 July 2026 - Envipco Holding N.V. ("Envipco" or "the Company"),
a leading global provider of recycling systems and Reverse Vending Machine
(RVM) technology has today been appointed by a major national UK retailer as
supplier of RVMs. The parties are agreeing final contracts, and Envipco will
provide an update once executed.

Envipco will deliver approximately 1,000 Flex RVMs. Delivery is expected to
commence in H1 2027 and includes service agreements.
