• accommodation services (75.7%): business conducted through 8 hotels (Art Hotel Villa Agape, Art Hotel Atelier, Villa Neroli, Borgo di Cortefreda, Boccioleto Resort & SPA, Certosa di Pontignano, Park Hotel Chianti and Podere Mezzastrada; 324 rooms) located in Italy;

• restaurant services (18.4%): ownership, as at May 27, 2024, of 5 restaurants and 7 bars;

• other (5.9%): transfer services, event organization, etc.

Net sales are distributed geographically as follows: Italy (25%), the United States (15%), Germany (8%), France (4%), the United Kingdom (4%) and other (44%).
