Proposed admission of up to 10,031,737,460 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in The Royal Bank of Scotland Group plc to Eurolist by Euronext Amsterdam.
The RBS Ordinary Shares are currently listed on the Official List and admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange’s main market for securities.
Application will be made to Euronext Amsterdam for the RBS Ordinary Shares (including the New RBS Ordinary Shares) to be admitted to trading on Eurolist by Euronext Amsterdam. It is expected that admission to Eurolist by Euronext Amsterdam will become effective, and that dealings in the RBS Ordinary Shares (excluding the New RBS Ordinary Shares) will commence on Eurolist by Euronext Amsterdam, on or about 15 October 2007. With respect to the New RBS Ordinary Shares, it is expected that admission to Eurolist by Euronext Amsterdam will become effective and that dealings in the New RBS Ordinary Shares will commence on Eurolist by Euronext Amsterdam on or about 17 October 2007.
