Novamarine S.p.A. (formerly B-Shiver S.r.l.) specializes in the design, manufacture and marketing of boats and yachts. Net sales break down by activity as follows:

• sale of luxury yachts and pleasure boats (86%): 35 boats and yachts sold in 2023;

• sale of pre-owned boats and yachts (8%);

• sale of military and professional boats (0.6%): patrol boats, rescue, intervention and salvage boats, etc.;

• other (5.4%): including boat maintenance and servicing (Novamarine Service) and the sale of boatbuilding components.

At the end of 2023, the group has a production site in Italy. Net sales are distributed geographically as follows: Italy (48.2%), European Union (37.9%) and other (13.9%).
