Ferde AS has today increased FERDE29 PRO, ISIN NO0012775479, bond maturing
08.12.2042 with NOK 50 million. The tap issue was priced at 96.02/4.025%
corresponding to 3m Nibor + 0.58% p.a. New outstanding volume will be NOK 600
million. The net proceeds will be used for financing of investments in the
Rogfast project.

Nordea acted as Manager for the transaction.
