Ferde AS has today increased FERDE37 PRO, ISIN NO0013175976, bond maturing
15.03.2032 with NOK 300 million. The tap issue was priced at 100.53
corresponding to 3m Nibor + 0.63% p.a. New outstanding volume will be NOK 1000
million. The net proceeds will be used for financing of investments in the
Rogfast project.
