Dtac har mottatt betingelser for sammenslåing fra regulatør

Telenors datterselskap, Total Access Communication Public Company Limited
(Dtac), har i dag mottatt brev med de betingelser som regulatøren National
Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission stiller til den foreslåtte
sammenslåingen av Dtac og True Corporation Public Company Limited (True). Dtac
vil nå gå nøye gjennom og vurdere de mottatte betingelsene og vil fortsette å
melde vesentlig utvikling til Stock Exchange of Thailand.
