Zwipe AS - exercise of stock options

OSLO, NORWAY - 20 January 2022 - Primary insider André Løvestam, CEO of Zwipe AS
(the "Company"), has today exercised 384,000 stock options, each giving the
right to acquire one share in the Company at a strike price of NOK 10.00. The
stock options have been allocated to André Løvestam under the Company's stock
option incentive program. After completion of the transaction, André Løvestam
will, through Energetic AS and privately, own 1,300,000 shares and hold 306,000
options, each giving the right to acquire one share in the Company.
