Solon Eiendom ASA will recruit new CEO

Oslo, Norway, January 20th, 2022 – Solon Eiendom ASA (the "Company") today
announces that CEO Andreas Martinussen has decided to take a position with
another company, and will leave Solon Eiendom ASA no later than 31 July this
year.

"I have very much enjoyed being CEO of Solon Eiendom, and I am grateful for the
trust and support from the board, shareholders and our fantastic employees. I am
confident that the Company has a bright future ahead, now with financial,
operational and strategic support from the SBB and OBOS organizations", says
Martinussen.
