Ferde AS – New green bond issue

Ferde AS

Ferde AS has successfully issued a 5 year bond amounting to a total of NOK 600
million. The bond carries a coupon of 3m Nibor + 0.31 % p.a. The net proceeds
will be used for financing and refinancing of investments made in Bypakke
Bergen, mainly related to Bybanen, which is part of the City Growth Plan for
Bergen (No: Byvekstavtale Bergen). DNB Markets acted as Sole Lead for the bond
issue.

The green bond issue will have on demand guarantees (selvskyldnergaranti) from
Vestland fylkeskommune. The framework has a second opinion from CICERO Shades
of Green and has received a dark green shading.
