Ferde AS has successfully issued a 5 year bond amounting to a total of NOK 200
million. The bond carries a coupon of 3m Nibor + 0.32 % p.a. The net proceeds
will be used for financing and refinancing of investments in the Hardangerbrua
project. Nordea Markets acted as Sole Lead for the bond issue.
