Socrep

Socrep produces and sells thermoplastic sheets used primarily for coating the tops of skis. The group is also involved in producing rollers for conveyor belts. Sales break down by product family as follows:

• transparent tops for the ski industry (85%; No. 2 worldwide);
• conveyor belt rollers (10%);
• orthopedic soles, corsets and prostheses (3%);
• other (2%): sheets for making sprayer valves, polypropylene liner strips, modified polyamide anti-friction strips, polyester and elastomer sheets for thermoforming in various textile reinforcement applications.
