Komplett ASA: Share capital increase completed

Sandefjord/Oslo, 13 December 2022: Reference is made to the stock exchange
announcement made by Komplett ASA (the "Company") on 15 November 2022 regarding
the successful placing of a NOK 1,000,050,000 private placement in the Company
(the "Private Placement"), as well as the stock exchange announcement made on 8
December 2022 where the Company announced that the general meeting had inter
alia resolved to issue new shares as part of the settlement in the Private
Placement.

The share capital increase relating to the general meeting's resolution to issue
40,300,000 new shares in the Company to Canica Invest AS and SIBA Invest
Aktiebolag has today, on 13 December 2022, been registered with the Norwegian
Register of Business Enterprises (Nw.: Foretaksregisteret). The new shares will
be issued in Euronext Securities Oslo (CSD) on the temporary ISIN NO 0012763434.
The shares will be transferred to the listed ISIN NO 0011016040, and
subsequently listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange, following approval and
publication of a prospectus by the Company, which is expected in Q1 2023.

The new share capital of Komplett ASA is NOK 70,119,031.60, divided into
175,297,579 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.40.
