ARTAL AS has on 24 February 2022 been allocated 523.175 shares at a price of Nok
7,- in the OBSERVE MEDICAL rights issue ended 23 February 2022.
Following the transaction, ARTAL AS holds 1.505.175 shares (3,4%) in OBSERVE
MEDICAL, corresponding to be below 5% of the share capital and votes in OBSERVE
MEDICAL”. The total number of shares in the company after the right issue is
completed are 45.319.743.
