Induct - Registration of share capital increase

Reference is made to stock exchange announcement by Induct AS on October 27th
2021 regarding the acquisition of OSINT Analytics AS. The share capital increase
regarding the first part of the purchase price paid to the OSINT shareholders,
which chose to convert their OSINT shares to Induct shares, has now been
registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises.

The purchase price for the first part is NOK 18,878,203 with a conversion price
of NOK 10 per Induct share. The share capital has been increased with NOK
188,782 through issuance of 1,887,820 new shares, each with a par value of NOK
0.10. The Company's new share capital is NOK 1,514,785 divided by 15,147,850
shares, each with a par value of NOK 0.10. The new shares will be issued as soon
as practically possible. The shares will become tradable on Merkur Market 1st
January 2024.

The second part of the purchase price NOK 18 878 200 will be converted to shares
in Induct when certain criteria are meet. The conversion price is the weighted
average share price of the month prior to meeting the criteria for conversion
with a floor on NOK 10 per share.
