("Kahoot!"), has today increased his shareholding in Kahoot! by 40,000 shares.
Through his wholly owned company JEMS Holding AS, Håvaldsrud has acquired 40,000
shares in Kahoot! at a price of NOK 19.40 per share.

Following the transaction, Jostein Håvaldsrud holds in total 460,097 shares in
Kahoot! through JEMS Holding AS and personally. In addition, Jostein Håvaldsrud
