Admission on Eurolist by Euronext:
- 1,765,702 existing shares representing the outstanding capital of FONCIERE INEA, and,
- a maximum of 1,000,000 new shares by way of public offering.
A maximum of 1,000,000 shares, before extension option exercise, will be offered to public by the way of a Global Placement and an Open-Price Offer (OPO).
The FONCIERE INEA shares will be admitted temporarily on Eurolist by Euronext under the title "INEA PROMESSES".
