Identification
Befimmo SICAFI is a fixed capital real estate investment company (Sicafi) specializing in owning and managing business real estate properties located primarily in Brussels.
In its capacity as an Asset Manager, the group was managing a high-quality real estate portfolio at the end of September 2009 with a total area of 858,274 m2 and a market value of EUR1,922.9 million broken down into offices (100%). More than 63.3% of the portfolio is long-term leased to public institutions, in keeping with the strategy of seeking regular, indexed, and secured long-term revenues.
