Remark: OCI NV has announced that for H2 2022 they intend to submit for approval of its Extraordinary Shareholders’ General Meeting the payment of a dividend of € 3.50 per share through a repayment of capital. Based on the currently available information this dividend is considered as ordinary. If this takes place no adjustment will be made for the derivatives.
