Update on the suspension of trading of ALIKO shares on Euronext Growth Paris and postponement of the publication of the 2025 annual financial report

Paris, June 19, 2026 – 8:45 pm CEST – Aliko Scientific SA (Ikonisys SA – Euronext Growth Paris: ALIKO), a company specializing in the early and accurate detection of cancers through a unique, fully automated solution for medical analysis laboratories, today provides an update on the suspension of trading of its shares on Euronext Growth Paris and announces the postponement of the publication of its 2025 annual financial report, initially scheduled for June 19, 2026, as announced in the press release dated April 23, 2026.

Trading of the Company’s shares on Euronext Growth Paris has been suspended since Monday, June 15, 2026, in connection with the pending publication of the Company’s 2025 annual financial report. The Company expects trading to resume following publication of the 2025 annual financial report, in accordance with applicable market procedures.

The postponement is due to additional time required to complete the finalization of the annual financial report and the related audit procedures. The Company is actively working with its statutory auditors and internal teams to finalize the report as quickly as possible, while ensuring the required level of accuracy, completeness and transparency.

The publication of the 2025 annual financial report is expected by July 31, 2026.

The Company will keep the market informed of any significant development and of the publication of the annual financial report.
