ABL Group ASA becomes Aqualis ASA
16 Jun 2026 11:00 CEST
Issuer
Aqualis ASA
Oslo-listed international consultancy group ABL Group ASA is renamed Aqualis
ASA. New ticker will be AQUA.
The name change was approved by the Annual General Meeting on 27 May 2026.
The background for the change is to eliminate confusion among clients, employees
and investors arising from the current dual use of "ABL" as the name of both the
listed group entity and as the name of a customer-facing business segment.
“This name change positions Aqualis ASA as the investor and portfolio-company
brand, whilst giving the individual customer-facing expert brands greater
autonomy and a clearer commercial focus, thereby putting them in a better
position to develop their own distinct market identities and value
propositions,” says Hege Norheim, CEO of Aqualis ASA.
Moreover, the re-introduction of the group’s founding name of Aqualis, and the
ticker AQUA, are both known to shareholders and recognizable on the Oslo Stock
Exchange. It is also a recognition of the group’s legacy and its entrepreneurial
growth-led culture. It derives from the original Aqualis Offshore which was
founded in 2012 and subsequently listed on Oslo Stock Exchange in 2014.
Aqualis ASA’s new website can be found at https://aqualis-group.com/ .
New logo suite can be downloaded from this URL:

The new ticker (AQUA) and name are scheduled to become effective on Oslo Stock
Exchange from tomorrow (17 June 2026).
