This concludes the share buyback program announced in April 2026.
Since the start of the buyback program, EVS has bought 150,000 shares at an average price of EUR 31.7157, representing in total EUR 4,757,351.70. Considering the maximum limit of 150,000 shares has been reached, this corresponds to 100% of the announced program completed.
