Share options exercised

insiders

Cyviz AS ("Cyviz" or the "Company") has completed exercise windows for matching
options under Cyviz employee share purchase program ("ESPP") and vested share
options under the Cyviz share option program 3 ("OP3"), respectively for
executive management and key employees, where in total 16 062 options have been
exercised.

Each exercised matching option under the ESPP gives the right to acquire one
share in the Company at a strike price of NOK 1.10.

Each exercised share option under the OP3 gives the right to acquire one share
in the Company at a strike price of NOK 26.70.

The Company's board of directors will, pursuant to the authorization granted by
the general meeting on 21 May 2026, resolve to increase the Company's share
capital to facilitate the delivery of new shares to the option holders having
exercised their options under ESPP and OP3, respectively.

A total of 5 301 matching options have been exercised by the following primary
insiders, all at a strike price of NOK 1.10:

* Don Christopher Lewis, EVP North America, has exercised 291 matching options;
* Espen Gylvik, CEO, has exercised 1822 matching options;
* Ellen Kristine Lome, CPCTO, has exercised 2 733 matching options;
* Javier Colado, CSO, has exercised 455 matching options.
