SpareBank 1 Nord-Norge: Adjusted interest rates

SpareBank 1 Nord-Norge has decided to raise interest rates on mortgages and
deposits by up to 0.25 percentage points. The increase follows Norges Bank’s
decision to raise the key policy rate by 0.25 percentage points at its interest
rate meeting on 7 May 2026.

The revised terms will apply from 13 May 2026 for new loans, and from 12 July
2026 for existing loans. Customers will be informed of the interest rate changes
via their digital banking interface or through postal correspondence.
