Cambi ASA: Minutes of annual general meeting 2026

Cambi ASA held its annual general meeting today. The meeting was held digitally
via Orgbrain and in person at the company’s headquarters in Asker, Norway.

All items on the agenda were approved as proposed.

The signed minutes from the annual general meeting are attached and will be made
