Finanstilsynet, in capacity as takeover supervisory authority, has approved the
offer set out in the offer document dated 15 April 2026 in respect of:

Voluntary offer to acquire the shares in Zalaris ASA made by Kona BidCo AS

Offer price: NOK 100 per share in cash

Acceptance period: From and including 16 April 2026 to 16:30 hours (CEST) on 30
April 2026 (subject to extension)

Receiving agent: Arctic Securities AS
