Golden Energy Offshore Services ASA – Sale of PSV Energy Passion completed today

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by Golden Energy Offshore
Services ASA (the "Company") on 12 March 2026 where the Company announced that
its subsidiary Energy Passion AS had signed a binding sales agreement for the
PSV Energy Passion against a gross sale price of USD 28 million. The sale has
today been successfully completed.
