Oslo, Norway, 31 March 2026: Reference is made to the stock exchange
announcement by Link Mobility Holding ASA (“LINK Mobility” or the “Company”)
(OSE: LINK) on 3 March 2026 regarding the launch of the Company’s share buyback
program to repurchase shares for a total consideration of up to NOK 300 million.
The program commenced on 3 March 2026 and will run until no later than the
Company’s Annual General Meeting on 27 May 2026.
For the period from 23 March to 27 March, ABG Sundal Collier ASA (“ABGSC”), on
behalf of LINK Mobility, purchased a total of 1,000,000 shares at an average
price of NOK 21.18 per share. All transactions during the period were carried
out under the agreement with ABGSC on behalf of LINK Mobility on various trading
venues.

Following the completion of the above transactions, LINK Mobility owned a total
of 16,501,558 of its own shares, corresponding to 5.39% of LINK Mobility’s share
capital.
