Received application for deregistration and transfer to Euronext Oslo Børs

Euronext Oslo Børs has received an application from Geoquip Marine Services
P.L.C. for deregistration of GQSM01 PRO with ISIN NO0013511121 from Euronext
ABM, and for the bonds to be transferred to Euronext Oslo Børs.

The Market Abuse Regulation (MAR) applies from the time the application has been
made, including the issuer’s disclosure obligation on inside information.
