From March 6rd to march 09th, 2026, Riverborg B.V, a company associated with
Karin Govaert, Board member and primary insider of Soiltech ASA, purchased 9,142
shares at an average price of NOK 80.808 per share in Soiltech ASA. After this
transaction, Riverborg B.V holds 289 992 shares in Soiltech ASA.
