From March 3rd to march 05th, 2026, Riverborg B.V, a company associated with
Karin Govaert, Board member and primary insider of Soiltech ASA, purchased 5,850
shares at an average price of NOK 81.7 per share in Soiltech ASA. After this
transaction, Riverborg B.V holds 280 850 shares in Soiltech ASA.
