The changes in the composition of the Management Board

Okechamp Global B.V. (the Company) is informing about the changes in the
compositions of the Management Board of the Companies in the Okechamp Group:
Mr. Robin Barkmeijer, management board member holding so far the position of the
Chief Operational Officer of the Company, has been appointed to the position of
the Chief Executive Officer.
He will serve as Chief Executive Officer of the Company and the subsidiaries:
Okechamp S.A. w restrukturyzacji (Poland) and Okechamp B.V. (the Netherlands).
The former COO - Robin Barkmeijer was appointed the CEO due to his many years of
experience in the operational management of the Okechamp Group, his in-depth
knowledge of its activities and his significant contribution to the
implementation of the strategy and development of the Okechamp Group. His
managerial skills and knowledge of the organisation justify his appointment as
the President of the Management Board.
Moreover, Mr. Wojciech Kocikowski, the Financial Director of Okechamp S.A. w
restrukturyzacji (Poland) has been appointed to the position of the Chief
Financial Officer. He will serve as Chief Financial Officer of the Company and
the subsidiaries: Okechamp S.A. w restrukturyzacji (Poland) and Okechamp B.V.
(the Netherlands).
Wojciech Kocikowski started cooperation with the Okechamp Group on 1 September
2025. He has many years of experience in corporate finance management, including
management reporting, financial planning, controlling and liquidity management.
Wojciech Kocikowski has expertise in supporting business strategy
implementation, optimising financial processes and ensuring financial data
transparency. His qualifications and achievements to date for such companies as
Amica SA (2004-2019) and Neonet SA (2019-2025) give reason to believe that he
will effectively perform the duties of the CFO.
All the formalities related with the election of Mr. Robin Barkmeijer and Mr.
Wojciech Kocikowski to relevant Boards of the Companies in the Okechamp Group
were completed and finalized on 5 March 2026, and the requests to relevant
Commercial Registers in Poland and in the Netherlands were submitted.
