Futura Resources Limited – Successful listing of bond issue

Futura Resources Limited (the "Company") is pleased to announce that the Bonds
issued in the "Futura Resources Limited 13.125% senior secured USD 95,000,000
bonds 2026/2031" with ISIN NO0013698746 have been accepted for listing on the
Nordic ABM, with effect from 4 March 2026. Attached is the Bond Terms, as well
as the Admission Document and Loan Description prepared in connection with the
listing.
