Hunter Group ASA - PDMR notification

Oslo, 2 March 2026

Lama Global AS, a close associate of Lars Brynildsrud, CFO and PDMR of Hunter
Group ASA (the "Company"), has today sold 1,200,000 shares in the Company at an
average price of NOK 5.8292 per share. After the transaction Lars Brynildsrud
and close associates own 104,937 shares in the Company.

This notification has been publicly disclosed in accordance with Article 19 of
the Market Abuse Regulation section 5-12 of the Norwegian Securities Trading
Act.
