On February 25 2026, Pima AS, a company associated with Eirik Flatebø, Board
member and primary insider of Soiltech ASA, purchased 5,000 shares at an average
price of NOK 83,7879 per share in Soiltech ASA. After the purchase Pima AS holds
228 500 shares in Soiltech ASA.
